30 Days to a Better You
Yes! This is the theme for my next 30 days of blog posts.
Why ‘a Better You’?
The Human mind is capable of thinking at a speed of 20 million calculations per second
Early 20’s to the Late 30’s - the most vulnerable 20 years in a person’s life. This is when we yield to the various pulling forces of nature, in terms of character, behavior, attitude & courage to do what YOU think is the most important at any given situation.
When you cross the 30’s, suddenly one fine day a ‘Maturity’ breeze strikes you and one morning, you introspect and decide to change your life for the good. This is how probably a man or woman of ordinary sense would do.
A very few people think about ‘Personal Development’. When one follows principles needed for a real personal development, by making small changes and taking simple little steps you will soon realize who you are ? You will see transformations happening for the better.
So why 30 days? Why not 20 or 40?
Although there are very many ‘Ideal’ characteristics of a human that I would like to embark upon, I wish to reinforce that in an ideal world, there are 30 important points or aspects that once you concentrate and work on them, You will see substantial results.
And for the convenience of the Ultimate Blog Challenge I have put together ideas that I have been working upon for quite some time now during this month of April 2012.
30 Days to a Better You
This series of Personal Development articles is divided into 3 major topic heads – Mind Power, Success Skills and Physical Strengths. In my opinion, I have focus on all 3 areas if I wish to be a ‘Better You’.
In working on these topic heads – there will be 6 articles or blog posts on Mind Power, 6 articles on Physical Strengths and the rest of the 18 articles on Success Skills and they will follow sequentially as listed above.
Each article will carry an explanation of what the tag line actually means, what is expected of you in understanding the topic, how to work in that particular area and sometimes include real-life examples where applicable.
My earnest request for fellow readers is to please share your thoughts, comments, opinions, something that you did not like etc., It is encouraging for writers like me.
Cheers, SV

Hi Sangeetha, I see that we are blogging in the same fields, more or less. But you are doing better than me, I confess. And maybe you know maybe not but your blog is upgraded from yesterday according with Alexa. So keep going forward, push hard, the success is not a coincidence.
